Ciminelli leases 26,000 s/f to Lumsden & McCormick

Ciminelli Real Estate Corporation, one of Western New York's leading full service real estate companies, has signed a long-term lease with Lumsden & McCormick, LLP to locate their offices at the Cyclorama Building - 369 Franklin Street in Buffalo, New York. Lumsden & McCormick will occupy the entire 2-story building totaling approximately 26,000 square feet of office space. The firm expects to take occupancy in July of this year. "We are extremely pleased that Lumsden & McCormick has chosen to locate their offices in the Cyclorama Building. The building is of national historic significance and is a prime example of how preserving the past to create the future is possible through innovative management and dedicated ownership. The Cyclorama Building is the perfect complement to the long-standing business of Lumsden & McCormick," said Robert McDonnell, senior vice president of Ciminelli Real Estate Corporation. Edward McGinn, sales manager for Ciminelli Real Estate Corporation acted as the leasing agent for the owner. "The Cyclorama Building offers excellent access and visibility to our clients, visitors, and staff. Our move to the Cyclorama Building helps our firm build on our already strong presence in the Central Business District of the City of Buffalo and Western New York," said John Schiavone, managing partner of Lumsden & McCormick.
