CIBS members strike a deal at Long Island bowling event

Members of the Commercial Industrial Brokers Society of Long Island and the organization's board joined together for an evening of knocking down pins and pints at Strike 300 on Feb. 4. The networking event, aimed at members with fewer than seven years in the commercial real estate industry, attracted about 40 attendees. Dan Brandel, of CB Richard Ellis in Woodbury, had the night's high game, 227, while CIBS president Jeff Schwartzberg, of Sutton & Edwards Inc., Lake Success, bowled a 226 game. Schwartzberg, however, beat Brandel in a bowl off 162-155. The event was organized by CIBS board member,Jenna Pollack of Cushman & Wakefield Inc., Melville.
