Christie Houlihan and Kelly Houlihan have joined Houlihan-Parnes/iCap Realty Advisors, LLC. They represent the 5th generation of Houlihans and the first women family members to join.
Kelly Houlihan graduated cum laude from the Steinhardt School of Culture, Education, and Human Development at NYU, and was a recipient of the Founder's Day Award for academic excellence.
Christie Houlihan is a graduate of Northwestern University and is currently pursuing a law degree at the Fordham University School of Law, where she is a Stein Scholar in Public Interest Law and Ethics.
