Charter Realty & Development has leased 25,596 s/f for an Alamo Drafthouse Cinema. The cinema will be located at 2500 Central Park Ave. in the Yonkers Gateway Center. Alamo will be occupying the former United Artists Theatre - Regal Cinema with co-tenants such as Best Buy, Burlington Coat Factory, GAP, Nine West, Starbucks, and DSW Shoe Warehouse. Charter Realty & Development represents Alamo Drafthouse Cinema throughout the Eastern half of the U.S. including New York, New England, Virginia, Washington D.C., Maryland, North and South Carolina, Georgia and Florida.
