CEO’s message from Bronx-Manhattan North Assoc. of Realtors: A Bowl-of-Fun with BMNAR - by Eliezer Rodriguez

On day one of the New Year, the chairman of our annual bowling event, James Coleman of Houlihan-Parnes Properties, already had the venue secured, the “A Bowling Night with BMNAR” flyer finalized, and had sent out a mailing to all of his contacts promoting the event.  The goal is to sell out all the lanes and have The Bronx Manhattan North Association of Realtors (BMNAR) take over the entire bowling alley. To make that happen, we need you to get ready to “Rock and Bowl to Bowling Stones!”

On March 3rd, BMNAR will be hosting its 5th Annual “A Bowling Night With BMNAR.” The event will take place at the Bowlmor Lanes, 47 Tarrytown Rd. in White Plains. All “Bowling Babes,” “Gutter Ball Gurus” and “Kingpins” are invited to “bowl your pins off” with BMNAR’s Realtors, affiliates, and guests.

Last year, over 100 lean, mean bowling machines came out and had a “bowl of fun.” The bowlers showed their “A game” and left saying, “This evening was the best use of my ‘spare’ time.”  If you want to show how you “roll,” this event will be right up the “alley.” Just keep your “balls” out of the “gutter,” and let the “pins” fall where they may. You may choose just to spend the evening “striking” up conversations with our sponsors and the “who’s who” in the Bronx real estate market to grow your business.

Each bowler will be escorted to a luxurious reserved section of the venue for you to sit and network. The lanes open at 6:30 p.m. and close at 9:00 p.m. An assortment of refreshments, beer and wine will be served until 9:00 p.m. and all the pizza you can eat until 8:00 p.m. The DJ music in the background, the specially selected television programs, arcade games, photo booth and much more, will make your bowling experience with BMNAR memorable. All this for the low price of $150 per bowler (per bowler price is lower when you purchase a package deal).  If you are a bowler, you know this event is a real deal!

I know we all have busy schedules and “splits” happens, but we all need to have some fun. So, “Get on the BALL” and show others how we “roll.” You want to grow your business while having a ball?  Get your bowling ticket(s) today and have “A Bowl of Fun with BMNAR.” Sponsorship opportunities are also available. For more information call 718-892-3000.   One more thing, what happens at the bowling alley, stays at the bowling alley!

Eliezer Rodriguez, Esq. is the chief executive officer of The Bronx-Manhattan North Association of Realtors, Bronx, N.Y.
