CCIM candidates: Info on how to submit your portfolio online
Beginning July 1, eligible candidates can submit their portfolio online through CCIM's Online Portfolio Submission process. The portfolio submission is done entirely online and emphasizes your qualifications. With this new streamlined process, you don't have to:
* Submit a Portfolio Cover Sheet
* Complete an Activity Data Form for each transaction submitted
* Submit settlement documentation that substantiates the completed activity
* Submit proof of material participation in the submitted activities
* Demonstrate use of CCIM skills
* Prepare and ship a Portfolio of Qualifying Experience binder
