CBRE | Syracuse completes multiple leases totaling 69,344 s/f

Michael Finn, managing partner of CBRE | Syracuse, revealed the following commercial real estate lease transactions totaling 69,344 s/f: * Ed Kiesa, CCIM, of CBRE | Syracuse, represented Ashley McGraw, an architectural firm, in the lease of 10,400 s/f of space at Onondaga Tower, 125 E. Jefferson St. Ashley McGraw is relocating this month from 500 S. Salina St., Syracuse, and chose Onondaga Tower for the bright space, great views from the top floor space, and its commitment to downtown. In addition to hosting the company's offices, the space will also showcase various architectural elements that the company can provide for clients. CBD Companies is constructing the renovations as the building developer. * Mark Rupprecht, CCIM, of CBRE | Syracuse, with John MacAffer, of CBRE | Albany, represented Syracuse Fun & Fitness in the lease of 24,000 s/f of retail space at DeWitt Town Center, 3179 Erie Blvd. East, DeWitt. Syracuse Fun & Fitness opened its Sky Zone Indoor Trampoline Park in the plaza. * Bill Anninos of CBRE | Syracuse, represented Parsons in its lease renewal of 19,594 s/f of office space at Salina Meadows, 301 Plainfield Rd. Parsons is a provider of design and design-build; program and construction management; and other professional services. * Mark Rupprecht, CCIM, of CBRE | Syracuse, represented Staples in its lease renewal of 15,350 s/f of retail space at 6754 Thompson Rd.
