CBRE sells Stop & Shop at Somers Commons

Somers, NY Jeffrey Dunne, David Gavin and Travis Langer of CBRE’s national retail partners represented the seller, Ceruzzi Properties, in the sale of the Stop & Shop at Somers Commons. CBRE also procured the buyer, an institutional investor.

The 68,842 s/f Stop & Shop at Somers Commons is net leased to Stop & Shop and is guaranteed by Ahold, providing stable income and no landlord maintenance responsibilities. Stop & Shop is situated within Somers Commons center, which includes national and local tenants as well as several restaurants. The center is positioned, fronting Rte. 6, the major retail corridor in Northern Westchester County, which provides access to the Taconic State Pkwy.
