CBRE negotiates $31.13 million sale of Mirador

CBRE has negotiated the $31.13 million sale of Mirador, a 316-unit gated apartment community located at 1550 E. Thunderbird Rd. Tyler Anderson, Sean Cunningham and Asher Gunter of CBRE's Phoenix office represented the seller, a fund managed by Eaton Vance Management, in structuring the sale. The buyer was Weidner Investment Services of Kirkland, Wash. Built in 1995, Mirador is located within the 1,200-acre Pointe Tapatio master-planned community, and alongside the Lookout Mountain Golf Club.
