CBRE leases 10,000 s/f to Hirani Engineering & Land Surveying

The Long Island office of CB Richard Ellis has arranged a 10,000 s/f headquarters lease for Hirani Engineering & Land Surveying, P.C. at 30 Jericho Turnpike. The leading Tri-State civil/structural engineering firm plans to relocate its operations currently situated in 4,000 s/f at 47 Mineola Blvd. Roy Chipkin, a first vice president with CB Richard Ellis's Long Island operations, represented Hirani Engineering & Land Surveying in the 10-year transaction. Richard Yaffe acted on behalf of Triangle Properties, the building's ownership. "30 Jericho Turnpike provided our client with the ideal opportunity to more than double its operations in Long Island," said Chipkin. "The space was offered at below market rents and is situated within easy access to a number of major highways and adjacent to a shopping center."
