CBRE leases 1,250 s/f to Wolf & Shepherd at 500 Madison Ave.

Manhattan, NY In a transaction arranged by CBRE, Wolf & Shepherd, a shoe brand offering handcrafted dress shoes worn by NFL legend Rob Gronkowski, sports announcer Erin Andrews and top athletes such as Steve Nash and Maria Sharapova, has inked a lease for its first flagship location at 500 Madison Ave. at the base of the Omni Berkshire Place Hotel. Wolf & Shepherd will occupy 1,250 s/f of retail space on the ground floor and lower level of 500 Madison Ave., featuring over 60 ft. of wraparound frontage.

The CBRE team of Jordan Kaplan and Eric Gelber led the retail leasing campaign for the property.

Built in 1926, the 19-story property is located in Midtown, on the northwest corner of East 52nd St.

Wolf & Shephard was represented by Trent Merrill of Triple R Group, Inc, based in Los Angeles.
