CBRE and Vornado lease to Gameday Men’s Health

Manhattan, NY Gameday Men’s Health has signed a second lease in the A&D Building at 150 East 58th St. This 2,416 s/f location is set to open in the Upper East Side. Gameday Men’s Health is delivering testosterone replacement therapy, peptide therapy, PRP hair growth treatments, erectile dysfunction treatment, medical weight loss programs, all with regular bloodwork as the foundation. The new location features multiple treatment rooms and an in-house lab.

Rob Bonicoro of CBRE represented the tenant while Vornado represented the landlord.

According to Aaron Driver, Gameday Men’s Health Manhattan partner, “The timing couldn’t be better for our Upper East Side expansion. With spring and summer approaching, more men are focused on looking and feeling their best, and the demand for health optimization is at an all-time high.”

Founded in 2018 by Founder/CEO, Evan Miller, Gameday has grown exponentially, boasting over 250 locations worldwide and is on track to becoming the largest testers of prostate health in the country. This explosive growth (over 1400% in 2023) reflects the demand for high-quality men’s health services and the success of Gameday’s innovative model.

Key differentiators include:

• Fast Results: Gameday removes the middleman and eliminates a typically time-consuming process. In-house labs deliver testosterone test results in just 20 minutes, eliminating the need for third-party labs. Every client receives a complimentary testosterone and PSA test – Because every man has a right to know his numbers.

• Efficiency: Gameday’s streamlined three-step process—testing, personalized wellness plans, and treatment—takes under an hour.

• Comfortable Environment: Unlike sterile clinics, Gameday offers a “man cave” experience with sports memorabilia, plush recliners, flat-screen TVs streaming live sports, and complimentary drinks.

“This location in the heart of the Upper East Side cements our belief that men deserve beautiful and comfortable spaces to get back into their game, said Gameday Men’s Health Manhattan partner, Tyler Wozny. “it is the ideal location for Gameday with its close proximity to Bloomingdales and major subway lines.”
