John MacAffer of CBRE-Albany represented the purchaser, KESAC, LLC and Prudential Blake Atlantic represented the seller, Ernest F. Fullam, Inc. The property transferred for $450,000.
* CBRE-Albany arranged the sale of 2222 Central Ave., Colonie, a 2,460 s/f Hess minimart/gas station on ±1.1 acres. Eric Simonds, CCIM, of CBRE-Albany represented the seller, The Estate of Elaine Parente, and Bicentennial Realty represented the buyer, Absar Bhatti, in this transaction. The property transferred for $800,000.
