CBRE/Albany brokers two leases: 3,045 s/f
CB Richard Ellis/Albany has brokered two leases totaling 3,045 s/f. The deals include:
* Jonathan Elkin of CBRE/Albany brokered a 1,200 s/f lease at 2 Halfmoon Executive Park Dr. for CorePay, Inc. The landlord is Yellow Dog Realty, LLC.
* Jeff Sperry, SIOR, and Tom Savino of CBRE/Albany brokered a 1,845 s/f lease at 950 New Loudon Rd., Colonie to Bajan Group. The landlord is 950 New Loudon Rd., LLC.
