CB Richard Ellis/Syracuse completes seven leases totaling 83,208 s/f

According to Michael Finn, managing partner, CB Richard Ellis/Syracuse, N.Y., LLC, has completed the following commercial real estate transactions: Larry Van Der Bogart represented Northrop Grumman Corporation, a global security company, in its lease renewal of 19,000 s/f office space at 7902 Turin Rd., Rome. Mark Rupprecht, CCIM, represented A.H. Harris & Sons Inc. in its lease of 24,000 s/f of industrial space with a showroom at 165 Stone Castle Rd., Rock Tavern, N.Y. This will be a relocation of the Newburgh office for A.H. Harris, a concrete formwork and accessories vendor, and a concrete repair and restoration, geotextiles and erosion control services provider. The listing agent was John J. Lease Company of Newburgh. Brian Snow represented Jamestown Container, a custom box manufacturer, in the lease of 20,000 s/f of warehouse space at 55 Oriskany Blvd., Yorkville. This will be an addition to Jamestown Container's four other locations. Peter Finn, executive vice president, and Larry Van Der Bogart represented Christopher Community, landlord of 990 James St., Syracuse, in the lease of 8,718 s/f of first floor office space to Home Headquarters Inc., a not-for-profit organization which helps underserved Central and Upstate New York acquire affordable housing. Home Headquarters relocated to James Street from its Downtown Syracuse location on East Jefferson St. David Thomas brokered the lease of 4,600 s/f of retail space, as well as approximately 2,000 s/f of storage at 2714 Erie Blvd. East, Syracuse. Feminine Touch Fabrics, a high-end fabric retailer, plans to move from West Fayette Street, Syracuse, to the Erie Blvd. space by Sept. 1; renovations are underway. Brian Snow represented American HomePatient in the lease of 2,670 s/f of office space at 19 Campion Rd., New Hartford. American HomePatient is a provider of home health care services. Butterfield Commercial Properties represented the landlord. Marty Dowd represented Barbizon in the lease of 2,220 s/f of space at 7449 Morgan Rd., Liverpool. This location will be the new premises for Barbizon's modeling school, with an anticipated November move. Emhoff Associates represented the landlord.
