A new report issued by CB Richard Ellis, outlines the progress that has been made in implementing green building practices in the construction and development of new office buildings. The report, "Green Downtown Office Markets: A Future Reality," was released at CB Richard Eliis' 2007 World Conference. The conference theme, "Toward a Greener Tomorrow," reflects its significant focus on green business practices and environmental sustainability.
The report discusses the growing number of Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design - certified office buildings; the benefits of developing and owning a green property; and government legislation regarding green building codes and incentives, among other topics.
