Cassin & Cassin promotes Squicciarini and Cassin Fletcher

Manhattan, NY Cassin & Cassin LLP, a law firm specializing in real estate, real estate finance and private client matters, today announced that Katelyn Squicciarini has been named partner, and Mariana Cassin Fletcher has been promoted to counsel, effective January 1, 2025.

 A member of the firm’s nationally recognized Agency Lending and Affordable Housing practices, Squicciarini represents lenders in the financing of multifamily properties through the Fannie Mae Delegated Underwriting & Servicing program and the Freddie Mac Seller-Servicer program, in both conventional loan programs and affordable housing programs, with an emphasis on tax exempt properties, ground leases, manufactured housing, Section 8 Housing Assistance Payments Programs, tax exempt bonds, and low-income housing tax credits. She received her Juris Doctor from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University, magna cum laude, and her Bachelor of Arts in Communication, with academic honors, from George Mason University. Squicciarini is admitted to practice in the State of New York.

 Fletcher is a key advisor in the firm’s industry leading Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities (CMBS) and Bridge Lending practices representing institutional and commercial lenders in closing commercial real estate loans in all asset classes intended for securitization, sale in the secondary market or to be held on lenders’ balance sheets. In addition, she also has experience closing commercial real estate loans for the financing of multifamily properties through the Fannie Mae Delegated Underwriting & Servicing program and the Freddie Mac Seller-Servicer program.  Admitted to practice in the State of New York, Fletcher received her Juris Doctor from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University and her Bachelor of Arts from Villanova University.
