Cassidy Turley adds Woods as executive managing director
Cassidy Turley has added Janet Woods to its brokerage team as executive managing director.
She will serve as co-leader of the not-for-profit practice group along with David Lebenstein. She brings with her 18 years of experience in commercial real estate and a history of success with a variety of clients in the non-profit sector. Woods' past clients have included the Girl Scouts of Greater NY, the NAACP Legal Defense Fund, among others.
The Simons Foundation, the Children's Aid Society, New York State Society of CPA's, New Alternatives for Children, Institute for Community Living and the Life Insurance Council of New York.

Before joining Cassidy Turley, Woods was an executive vice president at Jones Lang LaSalle and co-head of the non-profit practice group. Prior to that, while at The Staubach Company, she also served as deputy project manager for the State of New York Office of General Services, acting as day-to-day contact for key staff and overseeing the brokerage team for all five boroughs and several million s/f of leases.
