Casey joins Carlton as senior multifamily executive

According to Carlton chairman Howard Michaels, senior multifamily family expert, Lori Jean Casey has been hired to run Carlton's multifamily division.
Prior to joining Carlton, Casey held a senior position at RCG Longview, where she was head of the REO Team responsible for analyzing, formulating, and executing work-out plans for multifamily assets. This involved over $1 billion of multifamily loan and real estate owned assets.
In addition, prior to joining RCG, Casey had senior positions at the Fifteen Group and AIGGRE, where she was directly involved in over $12 billion of multifamily loan, and real estate assets throughout the U.S., Mexico, and Europe.
Casey is an expert in valuation, asset management, and restructuring, having facilitated the negotiations of billions of successful loan resolutions with servicers, federal agencies and other financial institutions in the renegotiation and restructuring of thousands of multifamily assets.

Casey has more than a decade of experience in real estate investments across all asset types and is best known for her expertise in acquiring, disposing and asset managing multifamily, residential investments. Casey has been involved in all aspects of the multifamily business, and has been directly involved in over 15,000 multifamily units, working with some of the top residential investors in the country.
At Carlton, Casey will have several important responsibilities, including representing borrowers to work with servicers and other lenders to work out and restructure overleveraged multifamily assets. She is also an important member of the elite Carlton capital-raising team and is presently involved in raising capital for over 12,000 multifamily units in the United States and Canada in connection with current Carlton exclusives.
