Carrow Real Estate Services brokers four leases totaling 27,195 s/f

Carrow Real Estate Services has recently completed four leases consisting of 27,195 s/f at 99 Washington Ave. The 742,052 s/f building's landlord is 99 Washington St., LLC and One Commercial Plaza LLC as tenants in common. The transactions include: * A 15,242 s/f lease to the Medical Society of NYS, a medical lobbyist group. Charles Carrow and Stephen Rosenblatt of Carrow brokered the deal. * A 12,671 s/f lease to Leboeuf, Lamb, Greene & Macrae, a global law firm. Carrow and Rosenblatt brokered the deal. * A1,327 s/f lease to the American Chemistry Council, a representative to the leading companies engaged in the business of chemistry. Rosenblatt brokered the lease. * A 609 s/f lease to the Center for Disability Rights, Inc., a disability advocacy group. Rosenblatt brokered the lease.
