Carmina Wood Morris, Jonathan Nehmer + Associates, & HVS Design to provide services for Niagara Falls Hyatt Place

Niagara Falls, NY Carmina Wood Morris (CWM), Jonathan Nehmer + Associates (JN+A), and HVS Design (HVSD), leading architecture, engineering, interior design, and project management firms specializing in the hospitality industry, are providing architecture and interior design services for a new Hyatt Place Hotel. CWM is the architect-of-record for the hotel, JN+A is the design architect, and HVSD will be providing interior design services.

The Hyatt Place Niagara Falls will be a six-story, 128 room hotel located at the intersection of Rainbow Boulevard and Old Falls St., close to Niagara Falls and Niagara Reservation State Park. The hotel will feature 14,500 s/f of meeting and banquet space on the top floor with stunning views of the Falls. The first floor will include 7,000 s/f of retail along Old Falls St. The $35 million project broke ground in July. The Hyatt Place Niagara Falls is owned by The Hamister Group Inc., headquartered in Buffalo, New York. Creatively overcoming the project challenges, the CWM team worked closely with Hamister Group Inc and JN+A to create an exemplary project that continues the redevelopment of downtown.
