Cardinal Investments names Brown as partner

Cardinal Investments has promoted Sarah Brown as a partner. She joined Cardinal in 2005, with her focus on acquisitions and sourcing equity. Prior to Cardinal, Brown worked for a small brokerage firm, where she achieved a $27 million in transactions in her first two years practicing real estate, earning her a rank in the top 2% of agents in the U.S. Brown is an alumna of Texas A&M University, where she earned a BAA in Accounting and masters degree in Finance. She also holds a CPA license in Texas and a California real estate broker license.
