Cara Martin joins Pace Advertising, WWP

Cara Martin has joined forces with Pace Advertising, relocating its headquarters to Manhattan and fortifying its service offerings and reach through its affiliation with global ad giant WPP Group, according to Cara Faske, founder and CEO of Cara Martin, and Richard Nulman, president of Pace Advertising. Formed in 2003, Cara Martin is known for its strong, award-winning work on behalf of commercial and residential real estate owners in the marketing of their properties through direct mail, media advertising, email, web, event and social media campaigns. Recently, the agency has created and executed campaigns on behalf of The Durst Organization, Boston Properties, Silverstein Properties and Rechler Equity. Pace Advertising Agency, which has a 62-year track history in real estate marketing, is primarily known for its work in the residential real estate and hospitality arenas. Clients include K.Hovnanian Homes, Miraval, The Setai, The Holiday Organization, Glenwood Management and Canyon Ranch. Pace also has a distinct healthcare marketing division, Pace Healthcare Marketing. Cara Martin will relocate from Bedford Hills, New York to Pace's 285 Madison Avenue offices this month and become a distinct division of WPP's Pace business unit. Pace also has offices in Boca Raton and Orlando, FL.
