Abigail Michaels Concierge Company has been retained by Capstone Equities to provide concierge services for 14 Wall St.'s commercial tenants. Companies leasing space at the 37-story building include the NY Stock Exchange, Skidmore Owings & Merrill Architects, FJ Sciame, NYU Medical Center and The Street.com.
