Cantor of Pliskin Realty & Dev. brokers $2.05m sale of 6,500 s/f

According to Pliskin Realty & Development, a full-service commercial real estate company, licensed associate broker Mandy Cantor has successfully brokered the $2.05 million sale of a 6,500 s/f strip shopping center located at 887 Yonkers Ave. The building, which is situated on a 17,800 s/f lot, currently consists of three stores, however, the buyer, a private investor, may renovate the building, possibly dividing one of the stores for an additional unit. Cantor represented the seller, also a private investor. The buyer was represented by the firm of Aries, Deitch & Endelson (Hartsdale, N.Y.). According to Cantor, the shopping center is an attractive property due to its high traffic, high visibility location across from the Yonkers Raceway, on a corner with a traffic light. The site also has 20-car parking lot in the rear. Pliskin Realty & Development is a full-service commercial real estate company specializing in retail development, management, leasing and brokerage services, as well as commercial and multifamily residential investments and management.
