BOMA Rochester continues to grow in membership with over 125 members and our meeting attendance also continues to grow. Providing high quality programs, necessary educational opportunities, business networking, social events and other needed services is the role of the Board Members and supportive volunteers.
This fall BOMA Rochester will be electing officers and directors for two-year terms. We would very much welcome your involvement by serving on the board of directors or nominating someone you believe has the desire to serve the association. The deadline for submission of nominees is Friday, September 12. The ballots will be sent to the membership in October with the election taking place on November 19 at the Annual Business Meeting at Mario's Italian Steakhouse.
Board members serve as officers and as chairs of various committees. The full by-laws are included in your membership directory. The board meets once each month for about an hour and half with additional committee work done throughout the month.
