Calamar welcomes Jerzewski and Green

Wheatfield, NY Calamar, a full-service real estate organization comprised of construction, development, property management and finance & investment divisions, has named Christopher Jerzewski as director of business development for the construction division and Cheryl Green, Esq. as corporate general counsel. 

Jerzewski will be responsible for all aspects of sales and business development to secure third party clients for the construction division of Calamar. A licensed New York State real estate broker, Jerzewski brings experience to oversee and manage Calamar’s third party portfolio. Jerzewski received his MBA from Kellogg-Northwestern University and has a BA in Mathematics from SUNY Potsdam.

Green has over 20+ years-experience with extensive knowledge and involvement in construction, real estate development, real estate finance and risk management. Green earned her Juris Doctor degree from Cleveland Marshall College of Law. Green will be responsible for overseeing, identifying and managing all legal matters for the entire corporation including mergers & acquisitions, real estate transactions and best business. 

She is a regular contributor and author to the E&O Report, a national publication on Risk Management/Risk Transfer.
