Calabro & Assoc. join Moritt Hock & Hamroff
According to Marc Hamroff, managing partner of Moritt Hock & Hamroff LLP, the members of the law firm of Calabro & Associates P.C. have joined the firm, adding a new area of practice in the landlord and tenant sector. Gregory Calabro joins the firm as a partner, and Katherine Helbig and Jacqueline Kahman join the firm as associates. All are residents in firm's local office. In addition, it was also announced that the firm has relocated its area office to 450 Seventh Ave., acquiring 5,000 s/f of space to accommodate its expanding practice.

Gregory Calabro has over 22 years of experience in all facets of complex commercial and residential real estate and landlord and tenant litigation and transactional matters. His practice includes the representation of commercial and residential landlords, co-op and condo boards, tenant associations and tenants in regard to various real estate related disputes and matters. Calabro regularly litigates cases before the New York City Civil Court and the New York Supreme Court. He also appears on matters before the New York State Division of Housing and Community Renewal agency. Prior to joining the firm, Calabro was the founder and managing partner of Calabro & Associates, P.C., a boutique real estate law firm in Manhattan. Calabro earned his Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law.
Katherine Helbig concentrates her practice the areas of landlord and tenant litigation and general real estate litigation. She earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from American University, Washington College of Law and is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey. Prior to joining the firm, Helbig was an associate at Calabro & Associates, P.C.
Jacqueline Kahman concentrates her practice in the area of landlord and tenant litigation. She earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from New York Law School and is admitted to practice in New York. Prior to joining the firm, Kahman was an associate at Calabro & Associates, P.C. She also served as a Judicial Intern to the Honorable Arthur Gonzalez of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.
