Cushman & Wakefield | Pyramid Brokerage Co. facilitates seven sales totaling over $6.9 million

Syracuse, NY Cushman & Wakefield | Pyramid Brokerage Co. (C&W|Pyramid) completed the following transactions:

  • Christopher Savage of C&W|Pyramid sold a 17,000 s/f building at 1801 Erie Blvd. East to Catholic Charities for $1.5 million.
  • Gary Cottet of C&W|Pyramid sold a 30,625 s/f industrial/warehouse building at 158 Syracuse St. MLR Realty purchased the property for $2.5 million. Cottet represented the seller in the transaction.
  • Elaina Pirro and John Clark, SIOR, CRE of C&W|Pyramid sold 723 & 701 Hiawatha Blvd. and 441 Pulaski St. to neighbor, Anoplate Corp. The total sale price exceeded $1.9 million. C&W|Pyramid represented both the buyer and the seller in the transaction.
  • Savage and Bill Evertz of C&W|Pyramid leased 5,200 s/f at 315 Fayette St., Manlius to Sun Chongs Tae Kwon Do. Sun Chongs TKD relocated from East Genesee St. in Fayetteville. Savage and Evertz represented the landlord in the transaction.
  • Cottet leased 3,200 s/f at 201 Bagg St. to Koskinen’s Towing.
  • Mike Kalet of C&W|Pyramid negotiated a lease renewal of 1,124 s/f at 5788 Widewaters Pwy. (Widewaters Office Park) to Keim Asset Management.
  • Savage and Evertz sold a 6,800 s/f freestanding building at 2700 Erie Blvd. E to Versatility Enterprises. Versatility Enterprises LLC is a licensed and bonded freight shipping and trucking company. The sale price was not disclosed.
  • Savage and Don O’Leary of C&W|Pyramid leased 1,550 s/f at 6780 Northern Blvd. in East Syracuse to Divine Dishes Kitchen dba Boss Meal Prep. O’Leary represented the landlord and Savage represented the tenant in the transaction. Boss Meal Prep is a way for individuals to eat healthy without all the hassle.
  • Cottet leased 1,568 s/f to Kim Guerin at 2359 Milton Ave. Cottet represented the landlord in the transaction.
  • Kalet sold a 10,000 s/f strip center known as North Syracuse Plaza, 306 South Main St., with storage units in the Village of North Syracuse for $500,000. Kalet represented the seller in the transaction.
  • Michael Conley of C&W|Pyramid sold a 34,630 s/f bldg. at 1002 Cornelia St., Utica to The Utica Center for Development for $500,000. The owner of the building was YWCA of the Mohawk Valley.
  • Christopher Clark of C&W|Pyramid sold a 2,799 s/f building at 131 Moulton St., Watertown to C & S
  • Flooring.The sale price was not disclosed.
