Buyer pays over $90 million for duplex penthouse at Extell Developments's One57

An undisclosed buyer has agreed to pay a record price of more than $90 million for a duplex penthouse on the 89th and 90th floors at One57.
The building, which is being developed by Extell Development Co., is currently under construction at 157 West 57th St.
IVI International, Inc. is providing project management oversight services on behalf of the construction lender.
