Buslik and Levy of Adams & Co. lease three full floors at 114 West 26th St.

Manhattan, NY Adams & Co. Real Estate, LLC, leased a total of 27,900 s/f at 114 West 26th Street in less than six months after it was hired as the exclusive leasing agent for the building with Benchmark Properties. The deals Adams & Co. completed include three full-floor leases with Thuzio, NOMAD Editing Group and The Documentary Group. Each tenant signed for 9,300 s/f of space on the fifth, sixth and seventh floors respectively.

Jeffrey Buslik and David Levy of Adams & Co. represented the landlord in all three transactions, alongside Michael Beyda of Benchmark Properties. Adam Leshowitz and Alex Kantor of CBRE represented the Documentary Group. Michael Baraldi of Cushman & Wakefield and Josh Goldsmith of Colliers International represented Thuzio. Jack Cohen of Spaces Commercial represented NOMAD Editing Group. Although the full details were not disclosed, the asking rent in the transactions was $54 per s/f.

“Delta Enterprise sought the expertise of Adams & Co. for 114 West 26th Street because of our reputation for expediting deals and our proven track record of building up and maintaining strong rosters of tenants at premier office buildings throughout Manhattan,” said Buslik. “By leasing up the building within six months, Adams & Co. not only met the landlord’s expectations, but exceeded them.”

114 West 26th St. is a 12-story building located between Sixth and Seventh Aves. in the neighborhood of Chelsea. The building includes tenant-controlled air conditioning, wood floors, open ceilings, recently renovated elevators, a renovated lobby and exceptional exposure from the north and south.

The Documentary Group is an independent production company that produces long and short films for commercial networks, public television and cable.

Thuzio provides an online platform that helps users find celebrity talent and influencers.

NOMAD Editing Group is a dynamic editorial company that offers creative editorial, visual effects, graphic design and sound design.
