Buslik and Bonett of Adams & Co. lease 22,600 s/f at 44 West 18th St.

Adams & Co. Real Estate recently brokered two 10-year lease renewals at 44 W. 18th St. for sister companies Ronald Jonas Interiors and Jonas Upholstery Inc. The two spaces, located on the seventh and tenth floors, comprise a total of 22,610 s/f and will continue to be used for showroom and office purposes. James Buslik and Alan Bonett of Adams & Co. represented both the landlord and tenant in the transaction. Though details of the lease were undisclosed, asking rents were $40 per s/f. "The Flatiron District is home to many creative design firms, so it is the perfect spot for the Jonas companies," said Buslik.
