Burt Hill is nearing completion of 200,000 sq. meter Limitless project

The Limitless project, a 200,000 sq. meter mixed-use complex, is Burt Hill's first major project in the city and is nearing completion. Limitless, a mixed-use development, is one of the first realized under the new Jebel Ali Downtown Master Plan. The project consists of four office towers facing a motorway between Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The development offers 90,000 sq. meters of office space, supported by first floor retail. Each building also features two levels of below ground parking, as well as a second floor devoted to showroom-style VIP parking facilities.
