Burns of Massey Knakal brokers $1.3 million sale
A 25,000 s/f warehouse at 585 Wales Ave. was sold for $1.3 million. The subject property is a five-story plus basement which was formerly used as an office/warehouse space. Nick Burns, first VP of sales at Massey Knakal, was the broker.
