Burkhardt of Colliers and Epstein of United Realty broker $2.3 million sale

United Realty and Colliers International Long Island co-broker $2.3 million sale of 29,000 s/f industrial building located in Hauppauge Industrial Park. Steven Epstein from United Realty represented the buyer, Pneumercator Liquid Control Systems while Kyle Burkhardt from Colliers International Long Island represented the seller, Pistorius Machine Company. The 29,000 s/f industrial facility located at 1785 Expressway Dr. North features curbside appeal, landscaped with 250 feet of frontage and visibility along the LIE Service Rd. The building amenities include 10% finished offices along with high ceiling warehouse and loading docks . The financing was arranged by Islandia based Empire Bank.
