Burdett of Flaum Management Company negotiates 5 new leases totaling 13,000 s/f

Flaum Management Company, Inc., has negotiated the following new leases on behalf of their clients: * A new 4,700 s/f office lease for the Mental Health Association of Rochester at 919 Culver Rd. in the City of Rochester. * A new 2,500 s/f office lease for Sarphatie Education, Inc. at Crossbridge Business Park in Brighton. * A new 1,240 s/f office lease for The Advantage Group, Inc./Tag-X at Basin Meadows Office Park in Perinton. Scott Burdett, director of marketing/brokerage services for Flaum Management Company, Inc., provided tenant representation and site selection services for these tenants and negotiated deals on behalf of his exclusive clients mentioned. The following lease transactions were also performed by Burdett providing landlord representation services: * Represented Leenhouts Development, LLC on the lease of an 800 s/f restaurant at 89 State St. in downtown Rochester to CJ's Southern Soul Restaurant and Catering. * Represented Rochester Window Cleaning on the lease of 3,750 s/f of industrial space at 106 Craig St. in the City of Rochester to a local collision shop.
