Bulmer, Feinman and Brownell of Vanguard-Fine broker $2 million sale; firm closes eight leases totaling 51,614 s/f

Albany, NY Vanguard-Fine, LLC has completed the following transactions:

Barry Feinman and Kenneth Brownell of Vanguard-Fine, brokered a five-ear lease between Meerkat Pest Control and Jupiter Park, LLC. The 2,550 s/f office is located at 14 Jupiter Park.

• Brownell and Feinman and Brian Donovan of Donovan Real Estate, brokered the sale of 410 Spencerport Rd., Gates, between Goddard Development Corp. and Chappel Associates, LLC. The sale price was $530,000.

• Brownell and Feinman brokered a ten-year lease between Harbor Freight and Buffalo Southwestern, LLC. The 15,885 s/f store is located at Tops Plaza in Hamburg.

Paul Bulmer, Feinman and Brownell of Vanguard-Fine brokered the sale of the Macys store in the Shoppingtown Mall, Dewitt, between Benderson Development Corp. and Macys Inc. The sale price was $2 million.

David Welcome, Brownell and Feinman of Vanguard-Fine brokered a three-year lease between Designer Studio and Vatrano Realty. The 1,500 s/f office is located on Vatrano Rd.

Steven Lerner, Feinman and Brownell of Vanguard-Fine and Bob Sears of Prudential Blake brokered a seven-year lease between Tho X Nguyen and 1606 LLC. The 1,875 s/f nail salon is located at 324 Quaker Rd. in Queensbury.

• Brownell and Feinman with Donovan and Jill Start of Ferrara Jerum Int’l. brokered a ten-year lease between BL Restaurant Operations, LLC and National Retail Properties, LP. The 9,500 s/f restaurant is located at 935 Jefferson Rd. in Rochester.

• Brownell and Feinman and Brett Baxt of The Howard Group brokered a five-year lease between William C Smith Insurance Agency, LLC and 1839 Wood, LLC. The 1,104 s/f insurance office is located at Central Sq. in Colonie.

• Brownell and Feinman brokered a ten-year lease between Harbor Freight and Buffalo Southwestern, LLC. The 15,000 s/f store is located at 3956 Vineyard Dr. in Dunkirk.

• Welcome and Rudy Lynch of Carrow Real Estate brokered a five-year lease Canine to Five, LLC and Denooyer Realty Corp. The 4,200 s/f office is located at 1534 Rte. 9 in Clifton Park.

Lerner brokered the sale of 965-967 Troy Schenectady Rd. in Latham between Michael Cantanucci and Gordon Jevons Jr. and Gloria Jevons. The sale price was $300,000.

• Lerner, Feinman and Brownell brokered the sale of 979 Troy Schenectady Rd. in Latham between Michael Cantanucci and RO JO LO Partners. The sale price was $2 million.

• Feinman and Brownell brokered a ten-year lease between Dollar Tree and DP Partners, LP. The 10,773 s/f store is located at Schuyler Plaza in Watervliet.

• Welcome, Brownell and Feinman brokered a five-year lease between McLaren Engineering Group, PC and Gregory Harris. The 2,280 s/f office is located at 5 Clinton Square.

• Feinman and Brownell and Tyler Culberson of NAI Platform brokered a five-year lease between CMI Communication and Jupiter Park, LLC. The 7,096 s/f office is located at 14 Jupiter Ln.

• Lerner and Paul Clark of Paul Clark Realty brokered the sale of 654 Watervliet Shaker Rd. in Latham  between HB Enterprises and Rick Feiden, LuAnn Akins aka 654 Watervliet Shaker LLC. The sale price was $315,000.
