Andréa Bucci of The Sutton Companies arranged the sale of 103-105 Comstalk Ave. The 8-unit building, with an adjacent vacant lot, is near Syracuse University. The property sold for $465,000. Bucci represented the seller, Comstock LLC and the buyer, University Hill Apartments Inc.
