Bucci of Sutton Real Estate Co. sells Belleview Townhouses for $1.45m
Andréa Bucci of Sutton Real Estate Company sold The Belleview Townhouses located at 24 Kellogg St. for $1.45 million. The 46-unit complex sold on September 21, 2010 and was financed by M&T Bank.
Bucci specializes in multifamily properties and student housing.
