Sutton Real Estate Co. has completed the following real estate transactions:
* Walnut West Apartments, a 35-unit development in Camillus, was sold by Walnut West Apartments LLC to TJMG Group LLC for $1.25 million. The deal was financed by First Niagara Bank and brokered by Andrea Bucci of Sutton.
* Two Syracuse apartment buildings, 203 and 207 Green St., with a total of 11 units, were sold by Bruchino Properties LLC to 97 Chestnut LLC for $389,000. The deal was brokered by Bucci of Sutton.
Brooklyn, NY Investment Property Realty Group (IPRG) closed the sale of 723 6th Ave., a mixed-use building located in the Greenwood Heights section of the city, for $2.65 million.
