Bucci of Sutton Real Estate brokers $1.1 million sale
Sutton Real Estate recently completed the three transactions:
* A 30-unit apartment building located at 802 Pond St. for $1.1 million. Andréa Bucci of Sutton brokered the sale between Consolidated Properties of NY, LLC the seller and an undisclosed buyer. Financing was placed by Visions Federal Credit Union.
* Bart Feinberg of Sutton brokered a lease of 2,700 s/f to Help People/Crouse Irving in the 890 7th North office building owned by FRW Properties, LLC.
* Kevin Valente of Sutton brokered a lease for 8,400 s/f of retail space to Play the Game Read the Story in The Lakefront Lofts property currently managed by Sutton.
Lakefront Lofts is a former warehouse that has been redeveloped as a mixed-use property consisting of loft style apartments and a mix of retail including The Spaghetti Warehouse.
