Bucci of Hemisphere Holdings brokers $350,000 sale of Court Plaza
According to Hemisphere Holdings Corp., the company has closed on the sale of Court Plaza. Andrea Bucci, east region sales manager at Hemisphere Holdings brokered this transaction.
Court Plaza is an 18-unit residential property, which sold for $350,000. This transaction closed quickly and presented a remodeling opportunity for the buyer.
