Morgan Investment Management Inc. in a joint venture with World Wide Group with respect to the development of a luxury tower at 250 East 57th St. and the related $450 million construction loan facility. The 715-foot Manhattan tower will have 65 stories with 266 residential units. Led a Stroock team representing fund advised by J.P. Morgan Investment Management Inc., as borrower, regarding $800 million loan from a life company secured by 9 properties across 5 states. Portfolio included office, residential and retail properties; mortgages on each property were cross-defaulted. Represented fund advised by J.P. Morgan Investment Management Inc., as majority equity investor, regarding formation of portfolio joint venture; acquisition of 3 office properties in Boston and Cambridge, Massachusetts; and closing of 3 acquisition financings and one loan defeasance. Properties were valued in excess of $1.5 billion dollars. What recent honor, achievement or recognition has meant the most to you and why? I have become a "go to" attorney for some of the biggest real estate investors in the United States. * Named one of Real Estate New York's "Rising Stars" in the commercial real estate industry. * Nationally recommended by The Legal 500 United States. * Administrative partner of the real estate department at Stroock, with leadership responsibilities and involvement with other practices and offices. * Co-founder and current Co-chair of Stroock's Women Attorneys Affinity Group. * Member of Stroock's Pro Bono Committee; regularly represent not-for-profits pro bono on real estate-related activities; active in anti-human trafficking activities.
