The first, a 1960's vintage 5,000 s/f medical office building in the shadows of Rochester General Hospital sold for $482,000 with the buyer being represented by Kristin Parshall from Nothnagle. Bruckner also sold a 44-home site named Harper Park Manufactured Home Community in LeRoy for $650,000. Additionally, Bruckner teamed up with Charter's Barbara Story to sell the defunct 119-acre Twin Brooks Campground in Greene for $195,000. The buyer of the latter property was represented by Zelig Rosenfeld, an independent broker in Binghamton.
