Browning of First Capital Hotels completes $5m Holiday Inn Express
The opening of a 135-room Holiday Inn Express 300 Broadway was recently celebrated by city officials.
The $5 million hotel project was developed by Lee Browning of First Capital Hotels in Long Island.
