Brownell and Feinman of Vanguard-Fine complete $13.075 million sale, retail lease
Pittsfield, MA According to Vanguard-Fine LLC, Kenneth Brownell and Barry Feinman have completed the following two transactions:
• A ten-year lease between Harbor Freight and Phoenix Realty Management. The 15,000 s/f store is located at 690 Merrill Rd.
• The sale of the 75,000 s/f Price Chopper in Dunmore, PA between Wachs Newark Development, LLC and MRSL Dunmore Limitted Partnership. The sale price was $13.075 million.
