Brown & Altman LLP subleases 2,500 s/f

Faced with a need for additional space made necessary by its growth, the law firm of Brown & Altman LLP has subleased 2,500 s/f at 510 Broadhollow Rd. Brown & Altman, established in early 2008, now has a staff of five, including three lawyers. The firm, which has a broad-based practice in real estate law and litigation, previously occupied 1,800 s/f in Garden City. The sublessor was the law firm of Misiano, Shulman, Capetola & Kessler LLP, which specializes in personal injury and employment law. The landlord of the 75,000 s/f building, Howard Katz Realty, was represented by Brian Lee of Newmark Knight Frank. The law firms represented themselves.
