Clare Rose, one of the largest Anheuser-Busch beer distributors in the United States is currently building a 270,000 s/f building on 34 acres, and Pallets-R-Us Inc., the region's biggest wooden pallet producer and recycler is currently building a 115,000 s/f headquarters. Two new hotels are also being built within both Empire Zones in the town, to serve businesses and their clients.
