Brokers at Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates ink three recent leases: 23,300 s/f total

According to Neil Dolgin, executive vice president of Kalmon Dolgin Affliliates, the firm has recently closed on three leases in the borough totaling 23,300 s/f. Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates' Jacques Wadler, Robert Klein and Jeffrey Unger arranged a 9,500 s/f lease for Okera Corp. Situated in the East Williamsburg Industrial Park, the 3-story, 47,000 s/f warehouse property is located at 300 Meserole St. Klein and Unger represented the owner, Hoffman & Sons Realty, Inc. Wadler represented the tenant, Okera Corp., who will use the space to store their inventory in an expansion from a retail store operation in Queens. Kalmon Dolgin Affiliates' Allison Chambers arranged a 5,700 s/f lease for Stars and Knights Day School, a 4-story building at 755 Eastern Parkway in the Crown Heights neighborhood. Chambers represented both the owner, Desmond Kowlessar, and the tenant, Stars and Knights Day School, in the transaction. Formerly the site of Arista Preparatory School, the 11,000 s/f property features high ceilings, an enclosed paved area in the front of the school and unique prewar details in its stone façade. Wadler also recently arranged a 7,000 s/f lease for Gym Tech Inc. in the two-story warehouse property at 188 Varet St. in the East Williamsburg neighborhood. Wadler represented both the owner, Vasso Systems, Inc., and the tenant, Gym Tech, in the transaction. Gym Tech Inc. will utilize 5,000 s/f as warehouse space and 2,000 s/f for offices.
