Jack Britvan, SIOR, president of Commercial Realty Services of Long Island, has closed on a 7,800 s/f office lease at 100 Crossways Park Dr. The tenant, who Britvan has represented in their last three leases, is Gerber Tours. The landlord RXR was represented by Carlton Wenz. Gerber Tours relocated from 1400 Old Country Rd.
